1. PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT
This document sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the Commission System of Homlunch SAPI de CV, hereinafter referred to as “Homlunch,” for users registered as hosts or cooks on the homlunch.com platform. This system is an integral part of Homlunch’s business model, aiming to incentivize the creation of active kitchen networks, promote community growth, and distribute income derived from home-based gastronomic experiences.

3. COMMISSION SYSTEM STRUCTURE
3.1 Direct reservation commission
The host will directly receive 70% of the total amount paid by each diner who books a meal at their kitchen. The remaining 30% is distributed as follows: 15% to Homlunch and 15% to the network commission system.
3.2 Multilevel commission (Upline)
The 15% allocated to the network system will be distributed among the host’s upline up to five levels:

Hosts may also earn income from the activity of their referred kitchens, referred to as “children,” “grandchildren,” “great-grandchildren,” “great-great-grandchildren,” and “great-great-great-grandchildren.” Commissions will be calculated according to Homlunch’s rules and will be visible on the host's dashboard.
4. NETWORK REGISTRATION AND ACTIVATION
4.1 4x4 Matrix
Homlunch will organize hosts in a 4x4 matrix structure, in which each user may have up to 4 direct referrals. This structure will continue sequentially as new kitchens are registered.
4.2 Activation
Hosts will begin to receive network commissions once their structure reaches six levels in depth. Before that point, commissions generated will be temporarily retained by the platform.
4.3 Retention rules
Hosts must maintain at least one monthly activity (successful sale or active referral) to keep their position and commissions.
5. COMMISSION AVAILABILITY AND PAYMENT
5.1 Payout
Commissions will be settled monthly and paid via bank transfer, digital wallet balance, or other methods defined by Homlunch.
5.2 Withholdings and adjustments
Homlunch may withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraud, cancellations, policy violations, or as required by applicable tax laws.
5.3 Taxes
Each host is responsible for declaring and paying taxes on their income in accordance with local regulations. Homlunch may issue tax receipts if the host provides their RFC (Tax ID) and appropriate documentation.

7. MODIFICATIONS AND ACCEPTANCE
Homlunch reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and published on the official website. Continued participation in the system constitutes express acceptance of any changes. These terms are complementary to the General Terms and Conditions of the Homlunch platform.
